Price and what it covers

The private transfer is priced at R$ 2,600 per vehicle, for the full round trip Rio ⇄ Ilha Grande, up to 5 people. The price covers the air-conditioned van, the driver, all port and boarding fees, and the boat crossing — both ways. Nothing to pay on site.

For a group of 4 or 5, the private transfer's per-person cost gets close to a round-trip shared ticket (R$ 490/pers.), while giving you an exclusive vehicle and a fully flexible schedule — a solid trade-off when comfort and logistics matter as much as price.

Can I book a one-way private transfer, without the return?

The private package is offered as a round trip at R$ 2,600 per vehicle. If you only need a one-way trip, contact us — we review one-off requests case by case.

What if we're more than 5 people?

A single private vehicle takes up to 5 people. For a larger group, we arrange multiple private vehicles synchronized on the same schedule — write to us with the exact number of travelers and we'll send a quote.

Do we really get to choose the departure time?

Yes, within reason (the crossing needs daylight for the boat trip). Tell us your preferred time when booking or in the notes, and we'll confirm the closest possible slot.

Can we bring bulky gear (surfboard, diving equipment)?

Yes — that's one of the main advantages of going private. Mention the type and amount of gear in the booking notes so we can allocate the right space in the vehicle and the boat.

What's the cancellation policy for the private transfer?

Same as all our packages: free cancellation up to 48h before departure, full refund. Between 48h and 24h, 50% refund or free rescheduling.
